About Us

Colbert Heights Elementary is a rural, Title I school located in Tuscumbia, Alabama. CHES is a Pre-K-5th grade school that serves approximately 420 students. Our faculty is 100% highly qualified, with 27 staff members who have a Master's Degree or higher. CHES has one principal, one assistant principal, one counselor, one librarian, one nurse, one music teacher, one reading specialist, one math instructional coach, two interventionists, three special education teachers, and 5 para-educators. CHES has two Pre-K classrooms and 24 general education classrooms.
